John Nickel is an inhabitant of River's End who owns a 1975 Volkswagen T2 minivan "borrowed" for a short period of time by Coulson's team.
Biography
In 2018, Nickel has a Volkswagen minivan he tried to sell for months.
Character's evolution
Coulson's team borrow Nickel's minivan so they can reach Zephir One out of town. They are stopped by Officer Kennedy, suprised to see that Nickel, who was trying to sell the minivan for months has eventually succeded. Mack tells the properties and the rarity of the minivan to the officer, who let them go.
Later, outside town, they leave the minivan with a sheet of paper written "Return to John Nickel" behind the windshield.
