Airman First Class Pratt was a military part of the USAF Security Forces. He has been killed in action in February 2009 by the Ten Rings terrorist group forces when a military convoy who escorted Tony Stark was ambushed in the Kunar province, Afghanistan.

After the demonstration of the Jericho missile near the Bagram Air Base, Tony Stark decides to get inside a USAF Security Forces Humvee in which are three airmen; Jimmy, Pratt and Ramirez. Stark feels uncomfortable as the two male airmen are intimidated by his presence. Stark manages to lighten the atmosphere. Pratt then asks Stark if he actually dated the twelve Maxim's cover models.
