In the Ceasars Palace, Tony Stark is rewared with an Apogee Award. Lieutenant Colonel James Rhodes is about to give him the award, but Stark is not in the ceremony. He is actually gambling in the casino and Obadiah Stane receives the award on his behalf.
Later, in the casino Rhodes eventually gives the Apogee Award to Stark who gives it back to "Ceasar"
