Kwan was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent located in Hong-Kong, China. He has been killed in 2013 by Chan Ho Yin, a gifted human.

Biography

Working as a case agent in Hong-Kong, China for S.H.I.E.L.D., Kwan had mission to watch over Chan Ho Yin, a young man with pyrokinetic powers who has been put on the index after he demonstrated his powers in public. His mission was to remind Chan to keep a low profile to protect himself.

Kwan has a family (AOS: "Girl in the Flower Dress").
