In Agent Hill's field office, Dr. Streiten enters and declares that all the team members are approved, yet he asks Phil Coulson if he doesn't want to take another resting time before going back to active duty. Coulson dismisses the proposal, telling that he had plenty of time. After Agent Grant Ward and Coulson leaved the office, Streiten guesses to Agent Maria Hill that Coulson really doesn't know about his condition. Hill replies that "he can never know."
